Study Process

The in-service MBA programme allows taking part in academic further education, without interrupting the professional career.

The face-to-face lessons are held on weekends (with one exception of a one week study excursion), accompanied by distance- learning phases.

The process of study contains separate seminars (modules) which have to be completed. A typical module includes four phases:

1. First distance phase

• Access to educational content, literature, pre-tests and links via the learning management system

2. First face-to-face phase

• Knowledge transfer in seminar settings and assignment of practice- oriented homework

3. Second distance phase

• Preparation of assignment
• Access to additional educational content
• Participants’ communication and support by the lecturer via the learning management system

4. Second face-to-face phase

• Knowledge transfer in seminar settings
• Presentation of homework results and feedback
